This talk will explore some of the principles of effective stewardship from both an individual and organizational perspective.  Using the concept of “servant leadership” as a framework, the connection between stewardship and organizational effectiveness will discussed.  Individual perspectives and the sharing of “best practice” will also be included in this presentation.
