The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a qualified Manager of Constituent Relations for the School of Law. 

The Manager of Constituent Relations is responsible for assisting the Director of Development in: 

  • Coordinating a comprehensive alumni relations program
  • Securing gifts at the $10,000 - $50,000 level from individuals
  • Coordinating a school-based annual giving program in consultation with the Office of Annual Programs
  • Managing the School of Law stewardship program
  • Supporting the Director of Development in matters as requested


Bachelor's degree required. Strong interpersonal communications skills, experience navigating complex work settings and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products and social media platforms to facilitate work. Five years of relevant experience including a minimum of three years in direct responsibility for an alumni relations program, annual giving or major gift fund-raising in a non-profit setting, preferably in higher education. Has at least one year of experience reporting to a Dean or comparable administrator. Familiarity and/or work with the legal profession is preferred.
