"Successfully Engaging Your Member of Congress."

Have debt ceiling talks, sequestration, government shut downs, and on-going Federal tax reform deliberations got your attention? Are you asking how your not-for-profit organization can navigate in an uncertain governmental climate? Then please join the AFP-W. PA Chapter for a luncheon panel discussion on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at The Rivers Club with staff members from our Western Pennsylvania Congressional delegation.

Staff participants include:
Katelyn King from Senator Toomey's office
Elizabeth Fishback from Senator Casey's office
Domenick Carrol from Representative Doyle's office

This moderated panel discussion will equip your organization with the knowledge to effectively make your voice heard while also touching upon advocacy "do's" and "don'ts." Please come prepared to ask your questions and hear first-hand how best to successfully engage members of Congress.

Any advance questions can be submitted to the moderator, Adam Viers (AFP-W. PA Chair for Public Policy/Legislative Information) at viersa@duq.edu or by calling 412.396.1322.
