This session will provide valuable insights, offer new perspectives, and meaningful lessons on how we all can review our biases and prejudices to create a more inclusive environment, at work and outside of work.

About the Speaker
Dr. La Dawn Robinson is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience. Her passion and area of expertise is maintaining employment compliance ensuring companies meet state and federal regulations that foster a welcoming culture and climate that is open to the knowledge, abilities and talents of all employees.  La Dawn holds a doctorate degree in Executive Leadership from the University of Charleston, master’s degree in Professional Leadership from Carlow University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Virginia University.
